When & where is AWAKEN?
AWAKEN will take place virtually over 3 days from March 6th to 8th 2026. Sessions run all day (09:00-6:00 pm UK-time) via Zoom, with a break around mid-day for lunch. Further details about the session timings & how to join virtually will be shared closer to the date.
What do I need in order to have a successful AWAKEN experience?
Because this is a live-virtual event, all participants need access to a device that they can use to connect to the internet. We do recommend all participants join via a laptop, desktop computer or iPad to be the most comfortable during the program.

But apart from that all you need to join us is an open heart and open mind <3
Will there be recordings of the live sessions?
Like with a live in-person event there won't be recordings of the live sessions. As we always say, joining live is where the magic really happens. Meeting live over 3 days to do this work fosters such an incredible energy that you're not going to want to miss! *Recordings will only be made available if you choose to invest in the All-Access upgrade. I've heard about an All-Access upgrade. What is that?
By choosing to invest in the All-Access upgrade for an additional £100 you are securing your access to the event recordings. These will be made available to you once the event has finished and the team is done editing the footage. Plus, as an All-Access attendee, you can join the All-Access-only Bonus Sessions during AWAKEN and secure 1 complimentary general admission ticket for a friend.
I'm not sure I have the time to commit to a 3-day program like this.
If you are telling yourself that you don't have the time - all the more reason to do it now! I've had participants tell me time & time again that they regret not doing the program earlier and being 3 or 4 years ahead of the game. Plus, nothing in your life is going to change, until you make a change. Chances are you're looking at this because you want to have a different quality of life. Isn't the real question not about not having time, but perhaps some part of you is not prioritizing yourself enough and the life that you want?
I’m not sure I can justify spending money on a program like this right now.
I get it - with no shortage of expenses, you need to be mindful of what you spend your money on. But remember, this is an investment in yourself & your transformation - participating in a multi-day event like this will leave you with greater clarity & confidence in your path forward.

I feel drawn to your work and am looking to take the next step, but I’m worried about what my friends/family/spouse will think.
I see this happen a lot with my students - so you’re not alone! Whether your friends and family understand your reasons for pursuing a program like this or not, to reach your full potential and live from a place of joy, you need to speak your truth. To not do so, is suffering.

Once you’re friends & family see you living from a place of joy and happiness, AND you’re able to love & accept them for who they are, they’ll come to support you in their own way too.
I’m not sure I’m good enough to take on a program like this. I've never done inner work before, I'm worried I won't 'get it'.
It’s completely normal to experience self-doubt - and is something that has probably shown up in many different areas of your life. This feeling of not being good enough may never change. But guess what - it doesn’t have to! This is the power of doing this type of inner work. At Awaken, I’ll be teaching about how you can change your relationship with the narrative that plays out in your mind so that it doesn’t run your life anymore.
