I agree to the following:
1. I am voluntarily participating in the AWAKEN Program offered by Awakened Life Ltd during which I will receive instruction about wellbeing and health. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and participate at my own risk and accept total responsibility for my physical and emotional wellbeing at all times.
2. It is my responsibility to consult with a health professional prior to participating in the AWAKEN Program. I represent and warrant that I am in good emotional, mental and physical health and have no physical or mental condition, which would prevent my full participation in the Program experience. Should I have and/or develop a physical or mental condition which prevents my full participation, I will communicate this with the team at Awakened Life Ltd and seek guidance on my participation in the Program and/or refrain from participating in any activity that may put myself at risk.
3. Awakened Life Ltd may, at their sole discretion, require that I leave the AWAKEN Program before the completion of the Program if they feel it is in my best interests or the best interests of the other Program participants. If a team member asks me to leave, I will do so immediately and without questions, discussion or dispute.
4. Since personal/sensitive information may be disclosed by me or other participants during the AWAKEN Program, I agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other participants by acknowledging and agreeing:
(i) that the information discussed by other participants at the AWAKEN Program is private and confidential and not to be discussed outside the group;
(ii) not to directly or indirectly communicate or disclose (whether in writing, orally or in any other manner) any information that is stated by a participant to be “confidential”, if disclosed within the AWAKEN Program; and
(iii) not discuss personal information that is shared by participants within sessions or on the private Facebook & Telegram Group with other members of the group without the knowledge or the participant
5. I have provided accurate and complete information about my attendance at the Program. Unless agreed with Awakened Life Ltd in advance, I am not a member of the press or media of any type and will not take visual or auditory recordings or reproductions of any kind of any part of the Program material presented in or associated with the Program. I will not do anything that would infringe on Awakened Life Ltd’s intellectual property rights, including recording, reusing, reselling or reproducing, in whole or in part, any AWAKEN Program content, except with Awakened Life Ltd’s prior written consent. Awakened Life Ltd holds the copyright for all Program content.
6. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in the AWAKEN program and assume all risk of injury or death to me or the contraction of any illness or medical condition that might result, or any damage, loss or theft of any personal property I might incur as a result of participating in the Program. I agree on behalf of myself (and my personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns) to RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Awakened Life Ltd (and their affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns) from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of my participation in the AWAKEN Program. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I am waiving any right that I may have to bring legal action to assert a claim against Awakened Life Ltd.
7. I agree that neither I nor any person or entity acting on my behalf has or will file, charge, claim, sue or permit to be filed, charged or claimed, any action for legal or equitable relief against Awakened Life Ltd, the Awakened Life Ltd Staff involving any matter occurring at any time or related in any way whatsoever to participating in the AWAKEN Program.
8. I understand the cancellation policy and that all payments for the AWAKEN program are non-refundable beyond day 1 of the program and all payments are non-transferable unless agreed upon before the program.
9. I understand that material including but not limited to photos, audio and/or video may be taken or recorded throughout the program and I further understand that Awakened Life Ltd. engages in social media networking, such as but not limited to Facebook and Instagram as part of promotional endeavours. I agree to let Awakened Life Ltd use my photograph, video, and/or audio taken or recorded during the Program for any purposes they deem necessary. Awakened Life Ltd. reserves the right to keep any content of this nature up on platforms such as but not limited to social media websites & program portals following program completion.
Note: As with all Awakened Life Ltd. programs we take very seriously the sensitive/private nature of the program & the topics discussed. This information and/or recordings which contain this sensitive information (ex. personal shares) are not used for promotional purposes and recordings of this nature are for company documentation purposes. Access to recordings from the AWAKEN program is limited to Awakened Life Ltd unless otherwise stated or purchased as part of an additionally charged AWAKEN offer.
11. I understand that should I claim that a video and/or audio recording and/or photo being used for promotional purposes is of a 'personal share', Awakened Life Ltd will investigate such claim. However should Awakened Life Ltd within reason not agree with said claim, I agree Awakened Life Ltd reserves the right to utilise the item in question as they deem necessary.
12. I understand that the results that arise out of my participation in the AWAKEN program are not guaranteed. They are unique to each user & subject to the degree to which I participate and Awakened Life Ltd is not liable for the variability in the outcomes experienced.
13. I understand that should I purchase an AWAKEN offer wherein I am granted access to any AWAKEN portal and/or recordings, I will maintain access to said portal and the content therein in so long as Awakened Life Ltd has the capacity to maintain the platform, technology and/or software that allows product access. Awakened Life Ltd. reserves the right to close off access to the portals which host these products at their discretion and when/if doing so, a 30-day notice period will be granted.
14. I agree that Awakened Life Ltd may contact me (via mail, email, telephone, SMS, or the internet) in relation to the AWAKEN Program or other events, products or services in which I may be interested. If I wish to opt out of such communications, I will unsubscribe via the option given in all email communications or write to Awakened Life Ltd at support@dylanayaloo.com.
15. I understand that Awakened Life Ltd reserves the right to update, change and/or amend any and/or all of the above terms, conditions, cancellation policy and/or release & waiver at any time. If changes are made to the above terms & conditions, cancellation policy and/or release & waiver, Awakened Life Ltd will take all reasonable measures to notify me of these updates.

- When & where is in-person AWAKEN?AWAKEN will take place in person over 3 days from December 1st to 3rd 2023.
If you purchase your ticket for the in-person event, it will take place at Yoga Squad in Nottingham, United Kingdom.
If you purchase your ticket for the live broadcast of this event, you will be watching the broadcast of the in-person event ONLINE.
For both in-person & live broadcast attendees, sessions run all day (TBC: 09:00 am -6:00 pm UK time) - with a break around mid-day for lunch. Further details about session timings & other logistics will be shared closer to the event. - Will there be recordings of the live sessions?Recordings are not made available as a part of this in-person AWAKEN experience.
- I’m not sure I can justify spending money on a program like this right now.I get it - with no shortage of expenses, you need to be mindful of what you spend your money on. But remember, this is an investment in yourself & your transformation.
And don't forget, you are worthy of investing in yourself & by doing so, you are committing to your growth and happiness for the future. Making a financial investment like this is something that will continue to offer you value in your life year after year. - I feel drawn to your work and am looking to take the next step, but I’m worried about what my friends/family/spouse will think.I see this happen a lot with individuals that start exploring the world of inner work, so you’re not alone! At AWAKEN, I’ll be teaching about how you can change your relationship with the narrative that plays out in your mind so it doesn’t run your life anymore. If this sounds like interesting stuff, you’re ready to take on a program like this!
Plus, you'll be guided & supported throughout the whole 3 days by myself & my team as you embark on this journey & you'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions too! - I'm not sure I have the time to commit to a 3-day program like this.If you’re telling yourself that you don't have the time - that’s all the more reason to do it now! I've had participants tell me time & time again that they regret not doing the program earlier and as a result, being 3 or 4 years ahead of the game. Plus, nothing in your life is going to change, until you make a change. Chances are you're looking at this because you want something different for your life that isn’t there now. So isn't the real question not about having time, but perhaps some part of you is not prioritizing yourself enough and the life that you want?
- Is transportation, food or accommodation included as part of the in-person AWAKEN ticket price?The ticket for the in-person AWAKEN experience is for the 3-day event only. Transportation to & from the venue and any other necessary accommodations required or meals are not provided as part of the AWAKEN experience. These arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.
